Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms, you and CISSP Mastery agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CISSP Mastery regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and CISSP Mastery relating to your use of the Service.
